ALL OF THE SERVICES LISTED ABOVE are offered both internationally and domestically, please see our providers page for which provider can offer each of the above services.

We can come to you anywhere in the world, or, we can take or chaperone your children, parents, pets, or employees, for you when you are unable to do so yourself, but they cannot go by themselves.  We can come to your home or office and fill in for you while you go away somewhere on a trip, also- taking care of your family, home, pets and plants while you are on a trip, are in the hospital, on a retreat, or at a conference or special event.

PRICING & FEES:

We provide any of the services listed on this page, internationally, at $55 per hour and a minimum of an eight (8) hour day, (4-hour day for Specialist "Workshops").  An additional $55/hour will be billed for every hour beyond our four or eight hour minimum daily rates, [within each 24-hour period that are not negotiated and agreed on in advance].  You pay for all travel expenses in advance (see "travel costs" below). 

Half of the fees for all  scheduled services are due prior to date of service (prior to fourteen days of travel if already scheduled), with the other half of all fees due prior to the last day of the scheduled trip.

Checks, Cash or Credit is accepted in advance, but only cash or credit will be accepted mid-way through services.

TRAVEL COSTS:

You pay for, or provide, all reasonable travel costs, including, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, pick-up and return from airports and train stations, three meals per day, taxes/fees, etc

ACCOMMODATIONS:

You may provide accommodations as long as they are acceptable in advance (i.e; comfortable, private, and separated with a lock and key).

Please provide us with a photo and description of all accommodations and vehicles you will be providing, along with some assurance of meals if you are providing them.

Legal Disclaimer:

If any of these basic requirements for our employee(s) are not provided for at the time of service, and were not paid for in advance, you will be expected to provide them or offer immediate cash or credit to cover them.  You will be billed for them with a 100% surcharge, and all services will be terminated immediately with no refund for unused services, if this does occur, as food, transportation, and lodging are simply considered basic necessities for our providers.]

All International and Domestic travel will be billed at the reduced rate of $25 for each travel hour.  Each travel day begins two hours before flight time, and ends upon arrival at the location of that day's accommodations, unless services are required upon arrival, in which case fees will be billed at the regular hourly rate of $55 per hour until employee is released from all duties.
