  Our prices range from $15-$60 per hour, depending on the services rendered.  If you have extra pets and/or children, elderly parents, and/or disabilities, prices can combine to create your special daily or hourly rate, but we want to give you the best possible price so that you can travel, so please negotiate with us what you think is a fair price for your unique situation and needs!

Please Note: An additional hour will be billed for every hour  beyond  the time you have scheduled, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in advance, within each 24-hour period.

You pay nothing extra if you are within a one hour drive from the Loveland - Boulder area, and only mileage and drive time outside of that local area if we don't  fly anywhere.

You  pay for all travel expenses in advance  (see "travel costs" below).  You get to choose the Provider you want from our Providers page, upon availability, of course.

Half of the fees for all scheduled services are due prior to date of service if traveling out of the local area, (prior to fourteen days of travel if already scheduled), with the other half of fees and any remaining costs due on the last day of the scheduled trip.

Checks, Cash or Credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) are accepted in advance, but only cash or credit will be accepted mid-way and at the end of all services rendered.

TRAVEL COSTS:

You may provide transportation, meals, and accommodations, but they must meet standards acceptable by us in advance (pictures and descriptions, please).  Otherwise, hotels, baggage fees, rent-a-car, train and/or taxi expenses, three meals per day at $15 per meal, and any other necessary and required expenses will need to be paid in advance at the time of booking, or provided for. Cancellations are accepted prior to 30 days before the trip begins, but no refunds are available once the trip begins, unless it is because of something we are responsible for. You pay for, or provide, all reasonable travel costs, including, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, pick-up and return from airports and train stations, three meals per day, taxes/fees, etc. We will always work with your situation and accommodations to the best of our abilities.  We are open to camping and roughing it when the trip calls for this as well!

Out of Town

ACCOMMODATIONS:

You may provide us with out of town accommodations, as long as the accommodations are accepted in advance (i.e; comfortable, private, and separated with a lock and key).  If camping, we require our own private tent, unless we are taking care of someone in their tent, such as children, parents, or someone with a disability.

Please provide us with a photo and description of all accommodations and/or vehicles you will be providing, along with some assurance of meals if you are providing them.  You may schedule an outdoor adventure trip as long as you provide us with a comfortable and seasonal sleeping bag, mat, and tent, as well as sufficient meals.

     Legal Disclaimer:

• If any of these basic requirements for our employee(s) are not provided for at the time of service, and were not paid for in advance, you will, of course, be expected to provide them, or to offer immediate funds to cover them.

• All International and Domestic travel will be billed at the reduced rate of $15 for each travel hour. Each travel day begins two hours before flight time, and ends upon arrival at the location of that day's accommodations, unless services are required upon arrival, in which case fees will be billed at the regular hourly rates until employee is released from all duties.

• If you provide pictures and descriptions that are meant to misrepresent, mislead, or falsify any of the scheduled situation(s) we will put in [or providing services in], without providing equally acceptable situations, (i.e.; accommodations/food/travel, etc.), our providers each claim the right to terminate their services immediately without a refund.

• If our services are terminated due to [any of the above types of] misrepresentation, you will be billed for additional expenses incurred due to the termination of services, with a 100% surcharge.
